Human paws. I can't really figure them out. Their front paws seem to be highly useful but their back ones just seem like such a waste most of the time. I have figured out a good use for them at night!
They're great warming beds. See, you can sleep right on top of them and with the blankets they aren't all pointy and uncomfy. Its a great spot but you have to be small enough to curl on top of them (which I am). The Chip Man HATES when I do this to him so I try to just use Meowmy's paws. The only downfall is if they move. Meowmy will sometimes pull me up to snuggle with her because her paws are asleep. I don't really care about what she wants- I just go back to the same spot.
Try it sometime! The trick is having a nice thick blanket so their pointy parts aren't that pointy.

I have never been one for sleeping on my Meowm.....but I am starting to really like sleeping next to her. Most any part of her will do, so I have slept next to the human paws and the do keep me warm. But my favorite spot is the human back.
We will have to try that Latte. I prefer beside Momma and Georgia prefers the bladder area. Cheysuli prefers her head but not so much as the first Siamese she had. That Siamese used to drape herself across her mouth and nose at night...
I sleeps next to Momma all night or until I wakes up and wants some attention!
Boo
Yes, well, humans are odd.
have you tried the nest between the legs? that's one of my favorites.
Midnight
Bubbles and LT like sleeping with Mom (not together!). Mrs. B doesn't care for it much, unless it is very, very cold.
Okay, thanks for the advice, Latte! I've only ever bitten the human paws, and that doesn't go over very well!
Oh, yeah! I like sleeping between the back paws, and using an ankle as a head rest or a place to drape my paw. If it gets cold I curl up higher, between the knees because her legs are closer together there. If it's really cold I go all the way up where her legs meet her butt! It's REALLY warm there!
I like to sleep under the covers. It's nice and warm there.
Human back paws are fun to pounce on though! Before bed, when their back paws are unde the blankets, when they move, they are lots of fun to attack. And you don't hurt the humans, since they have the blankets to protect them!
