When strange things show up inside or outside of your territory they must be properly investigated. This item smells like dirt and is bright orange. I'm not exactly sure what it is but Meowmy promises me that its going to look scary before Halloween. I'll have to reinvestigate then.

last year mommy was lazy - she cut a huge mouf in the pumpkin and then just kind of scooped the guts out so that they was hanging out the mouf so that it looked like the pumpkin was puking. she laffed and laffed. until she hadded to wash that ick off the front steps.
I saw one of those things on the Fab Five's blog. I am still very unfamiliar with them. I hope to see what makes this "scary". I am very puzzled by this.

We have some of those on our porch too - they don't look like food I would want to eat.

I think I'm with Kavan on this one, big orange things that appear on your doorstep and that become scary ... That sounds like the work of aliens! Not to mention it's orange like the dolor of the leaves...

Nice pumpkin! Mommy brought home two of those last year and put them outside all lit up. I haven't seen one around yet this year.
Our humans brought home two of those things last Saturday! Daddy says he is going to carve them into something scary but we think they are more weird than scary right now. And they smells weird too. We know, we investigate them often!
That is a big pumpkin. We do not have any pumpkins at our house. Because they go bad very quickly in the south Florida heat (we are still getting up to 90 degrees). This makes me sad.
Oooo we have one of those too, momma makes them glow with kitty shapes on my birthday (also Halloween). Maybe I'll let her put a picture of one up on my blog.
