Well this one is a little bit of a "grey area". Here I am munching on wrapping paper. I'm not really sure how to blame this on Meowmy other than its her fault the presents aren't under a tree yet. Plus they've been here for weeks and I'm curious. So I guess she's tempting me and shouldn't yell at me.

Many of my friends have been asking about how Meowmy's foot is doing. Its actually doing really well! She is having her sutures removed today which she is totally excited about. She is still in a surgical shoe because her foot is too swollen for any of her other shoes yet. But the best part is she isn't in much pain in fact its only a brief stabbing here and there.

I think you need to continue purring at your human. It will help her foot heal faster. Also, she is less likely to be annoyed with you for eating the wrapping paper. You can always come here to eat our wrapping paper...
I'm glad she's not in so much pain anymore. Being hurt is no fun! I'm sure you're keeping her company and making sure she's ok!
I really don't eat wrapping paper, but I do love to eat ribbon! I'm glad to hear your mom's foot is doing better. We have been sending her purrs!

I'z pleased to hear your Meowmy's doing ok and doesn't need to go to the vets! :) As for your eatin the wrapping paper, I'z goota go see iffen it tastes that good before I'z fink about it properly! ;)

If the presents are under the tree, do you leave them alone? We have never tried chewing the paper, but bows are extremely tasty!

PS - We're glad that your Meowmy's foot is feeling better. Hopefully, she can get rid of that shoe soon. Those are not fun. Especially when they accidently step on your tail. :(

Hmm, I haven't tried eating wrapping paper. I just walk across it while Momma wraps to make sure that it's good and strong. I'm glad your momma's foot is getting better! You should sing her the Nippy Christmas song again.

Hooray! I am glad your mom is getting her sutures out. Swelling in the feet takes a long time to go away. Guess what happened to my Daddie? He got his cast on yesterday and he was hopping around, trying to do more than he should. And he slipped and fell down!!!! Right onto his knee. Thank goodness he did not land on his cast. And my Mommie yelled at him and told him not to try to do so much by himself without help.

We play with the curly ribbons on the presents but so far have not really messed anything up, just slobbered on them a bit. Momma figures that our friends and family will understanding about a little cat slobber as most are current or former kitty owners. The rest we are still trying to corrupt! ~Queen Snickers
