You can patrol your neighborhood even from inside your house. When the windows are open you must be very diligent to not let anything go past your meezer senses. This can be very exhausting so you might want to nap a bit before the windows are opened.

Me and Tenny trade off nayburhood watch dooties. Mommy leeves some of the windowblinds up for us so we can do our patrols day or nite. The only crime I've seen so far is the crime of speeding!

Oh, that is a very good rule. I find it very exhausting watching the Quail in my yard. I am pretty sure they are trying to drive me insane. They walk around doing their stupid Hah, Hah, Hah noise - it is very annoying.

We always nap - before EVERYTHING.
Thats a good rule! There are two windows facing the front (where e cannot go) where I see some birdies fly by close and woofies and strange Beains walkin further away.

That is a great rule. We have a sofa back strategically placed so we can patrol the front of the house from there. We sometimes have the window open and sometimes not.
