I am glad you got an outing in the garden before the bad weather hit. Hopefully it will blow on through before you get any more damage. I'm really sorry about your leaky roof and the water in the dungeon.
Latte, you are a very good leash walker! When I wear my harness and leash, we never really go on a walk. I just look around and sniff things while my Mommie holds onto the handle of the leash. Maybe I need more practice.
Those flowers are pretty.

Latte, you look so handsome in your harness. We're terribly sorry to hear about the flood in your basement. You are welcome to come stay with us so that you stay dry.
