Always show illness at the first possible moment. This will assure that you get the most attention and you will feel better faster.
Also, if your Meowmy is sick watch her like a hawk and don't leave her side. Oh, and whatever you do, the abdomen walk is highly frowned upon as it causes Meowmy's to scream out in pain.
Meowmy has to get a CAT scan today. I'm a bit upset about this since I scan her all of the time, what can an outside cat do? Is she going to bring this other CAT home? The CAT better take good care of her and not walk on her belly or she'll get mad.

Those are some great rules Latte, but you'z forgotted the one about iffen your Meowmy's ill, you'z can grump at your Dad and blame him - well I'z always do, 'till My Mummy sits me down and tells me it's not Dad's fault! ;)

Oh, dear, I just heard today that you had been sick, Latte. I am glad that your blood work came back good. I hope your Meowmy gets to feeling better fast and that the CAT shows the human vet what's wrong and how to fix it.

We are sorry to hear dat Meowmy has to go and get some other cat to scan her. We don't understand this, because we are sure you guys scan her all the time. But, we will send our healing purrs to her and hope she feels better very soon.

It probably hurts to laugh, but one of my favorite jokes is about a guy who goes to the doctor. The doctor gives him a physical exam, then opens the door and a cat walks in. The cat circles the patient a few times, then walks out again. The doctor whistles, and a big black dog bounces in. He orders it to sit, stay, beg, lie down, and then sends it out again. The patient, meanwhile, is a bit baffled by this behavior. The doctor says that everything checks out and, by the way, his receptionist is out so he's writing his own bills today. The bill handed to the patient is $900! He questions the amount, and the doctor explains...
That's $100 for the physical and $400 each for CAT scan and lab work!
